About Us 
Serira Designs is the brainchild of KatGirl - aka - Kate Northey, Australia.
When Kate was endeavoring to establish her online business she knew exactly the type of "Look" she wanted for her business, but finding a high quality, professional looking Theme that didn't cost the earth proved to be a frustrating affair. So Kate decided to build her own, from the ground up. And so began her very large learning curve straight into the relatively unknown world that was Cube Cart.
Luckily Kate's a fast learner, because she's been designing beautiful Cube Cart Themes for herself, and her friends ever since. But strange things do happen when one least expects them.
Shortly after joining the Cube Cart.org Forums, Kate was invited to become a Moderator because her style and veracity when it came to providing detailed Design and CSS & (X)HTML coding assistance to her fellow cubers, as too her in-depth Store Reviews was unprecedented. Mind you, Kate's no Professor when it comes to either subject, but with her accumlated 10 years+ experience in Web Design and Start Up Internet Companies, and of a lessor term: FrontPage 2003 she's thoughtfully tucked away choice bits and pieces that helps her design beautiful Themes.
Soon thereafter, Kate was invited to join CubeCart.org's PAB group (Policy Advisory Board), which consisted of 5 Cube Cart trusted members (Moderators and Administration) to help define, organise and manage Cube Cart.org's massive forums so all members - existing and new - were given equal rights and protection when it came to soliciting custom Third Party Mods, Custom Skins and outsourcing paid work.
With the closure of CubeCart.org forums, and the introduction of CubeCartForums.org, Kate was once again asked to participate as a Moderator to help other Cube Cart members source invaluable information to kick start their online business, as well as provide help and assistance with design and coding.
It was during her daily interaction with the cube cart community on the once highly interactive CubeCart.org forums that Kate saw an essential need for High Quality Affordable Themes. Themes of a higher standard than what was currently being offered. And so, Serira Designs was born.
A New Beginning
