Due to an increasing rise in fraudulent orders we now release all our themes and custom designs through two (2) avenues: digital release and shipped CD format.

It is now a condition of purchase to provide your Residential and Postal Address Information before any design is released.

All orders will be placed on temporary hold until we confirm your residential and postal address information. Please ensure you provide your direct contact phone number to speed this process along. Digital access will not be granted until such time as your information has been confirmed by our administration department, so it is important that you provide your correct phone number.

All CD's will be "Read/Write" format for PC's. We do not provide CD's for MAC. All orders will be dispatched on the day of delivery address confirmation. For International customers, please allow 4 - 7days for delivery. For Australian & South Pacific Residents, please allow 2 - 3days delivery.

All packages shipped - both domestic and internationally - will require proof of receipt. This means the purchaser must sign the delivery packaging notification issued by the courier to validate receipt of goods.

All shipping charges will be added to the total invoice during checkout. Depending on where you live will dictate the charges. Serira Designs is extremely conscious of surcharges and we will endeavor to keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum.
