We are offering SpeedFreaks Reloaded for CubeCart 3 FREE to any CubeCart business holder for personal use ONLY. Commercial use is strictly prohibited (see notes below).

There is no demo version available for this theme. All stock imagery and graphics used are for educational and demonstration purposes only and will not accompany this theme.

Personal vs Commercial - What's the difference?

Technically speaking, anyone who operates a CubeCart store is deemed a 'commercial' business owner. To prevent confusion all round these are our specific terms that simplify who can use SpeedFreaks Reloaded for CubeCart 3 and who can not.

You may use SpeedFreaks Reloaded CC3 for your online business presence only if you use SpeedFreaks Reloaded as your primary look. It's not unusual for folks to trial and test lots of themes/skins before deciding on which design they want to go with.

If you want to use SpeedFreaks Reloaded for your online CubeCart 3 presence, great! We're thrilled you chose SpeedFreaks Reloaded. But here's some do's and don'ts, okay?

You are not allowed to:

1. download this theme and then sell it to someone else
2. download this theme and give it away for financial gain or accept a belated 'thank you for your help' gift $$ payment. Chocolates are okay [grin]
3. download this theme and offer it on the side via a 'private package deal' to your client, your mother (seriously, who would do that anyway?) or any other 3rd party and accept financial $$ payment for services rendered.
4. download this theme and promote it from your own website for purposes of:
   1. on-selling
   2. distribution
   3. promoting a CubeCart skin you didn't design as your own
   4. hosting package plans incentives where you derive financial gain of any description
   5. giveaways that incur new work or continuing work where $$ are involved somewhere, sometime.
   6. web template and/or web design deals
   7. any purposes of receiving - potential or otherwise - ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT in return.

In other words, if you download this theme with the intention of gaining financial reward or $$ compensation, or $$ gift overtures from ANY action that involves SpeedFreaks Reloaded - even a heavily modified version of SpeedFreaks Reloaded - then you cannot use SpeedFreaks Reloaded, period!

If you choose to ignore our strictly stated terms and do any of the above, anyway, you will be deemed in breach of our Terms and Conditions and subject to the full extent of the law. These terms are final. Anyone caught breaching our terms will incur legal notifications.

Why are we so strict?

Because SpeedFreaks Reloaded should be FREELY enjoyed by people who a) use CubeCart as their preferred eCommerce platform, and also, b) by fellow Cubers who want to use our design because they genuinely like the design.

Disreputable people who deliberately download free CubeCart skins/themes and package them up in a 'CubeCart Installation / Hosting Plan" or pass them off to clients and/or friends in any type of 'deal' and then receive financial compensation for doing so are NOT legitimate or moral traders. Please do not endorse this type of practice. If you encounter ANYONE who attempts to on-sell this theme for financial gain/reward, please open a helpdesk ticket and provide as much details as you can. Thank you :-)

Support and Warranty

We offer SpeedFreaks Reloaded on an 'as is' basis. What this means is:

1. Serira Designs will not modify, alter, tweak or update SpeedFreaks Reloaded now or in the future
2. Your use of SpeedFreaks Reloaded is your immediate acceptance of our terms and no recourse will be acknowledged or entered into by Serira Designs.
3. By downloading SpeedFreaks Reloaded for CubeCart 3 from our website, you accept unconditionally all responsibilities for maintaining SpeedFreaks Reloaded files so that it is compatible with your current CubeCart install and your hosting plan. Serira Designs does not accept any accountability or litigation for any perceived or real, loss of data, loss of uptime, loss of income - loss of anything - that may or may not result from using this theme.
4. SpeedFreaks Reloaded for CubeCart 3 has been coded to suit the latest CubeCart 3 build and has been thoroughly tested on all major browsers. We haven't yet had one single helpdesk ticket on this theme.
5. If your version of CubeCart is 3.17, don't worry. SpeedFreaks Reloaded will work with that version.
6. Finally, we are offering SpeedFreaks Reloaded freely to those who want to use this theme for their business but please do not forget that you do not own this theme. Serira Designs is not surrendering copyright ownership or intellectual ownership of SpeedFreaks Reloaded now or in the future. This theme will remain legal property of Serira Designs and all rights shall be preserved.

But I seriously need help...

Sorry, folks. We are offering SpeedFreaks Reloaded on an 'as is' basis and freely to any CubeCart store owner for personal use only. Even if you ask us very nicely (or even offer us outrageous sums of money to assist - Whoa! Hang on. Hmmm. Well, maybe...), we will not offer design support, HTML/CSS support, tweaking services, helpdesk "how do I?" tickets or emails that ask us: "I want to change this... so how do I do that?".

On the other hand, if you encounter a genuine issue like a corrupt file, then please open a helpdesk ticket and we will be only too happy to assist you.
