  1. What are the advantages of purchasing a ready-made Theme from Serira Designs?
    • As with all our Themes - custom designed or ready to go "off the shelf", you will always receive a high quality design that has been purposefully created for Cube Cart software. The advantages of purchasing an "off the shelf" theme is that you won't have to hire a web designer (us or someone else!) to create your new Theme which means you can get started straight away!
  2. What do I receive when I order a Theme from Serira Designs.com?
    • Once your payment has been confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with downloadable link(s) for your purchased Theme. The .zip file(s) contain the following: HTML file(s), Graphics (jpg, gif, etc), fonts (if applicable) and a comprehensive HowTo.html file. You will need unzipping software to open the .zip archive.
  3. In what formats are your Themes available?
    • We acknowledge that not everyone can afford pricey graphic editors like Photoshop, therefore all our Themes are compatible with editors such as: Adobe® GoLive®, Adobe® Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver® and Microsoft Frontpage® and any plain text editor such as: NotePad - we use EditPadProd, ourselves.
  4. Are there limitations in what I can do with my purchased Theme?
    • Yes. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you may:
      Build (1) one CubeCart eCommerce website using the Theme you purchased providing the website is the same Domain URL in which you licensed the Theme under.
    • You may not:
      - Resell, OnSell or Redistribute our Themes for any reason, and this includes onselling to your client for increased price! These guidelines incorporate any commercial environment like Online Templates or Website stores or Design studios who onSell to their client.
      - Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our Themes, modified or unmodified.
      - Make more than one website using your purchased Theme. In keeping with our Terms & Conditions, you must purchase another license if you want to use your purchased Theme on another website.
  5. Is the license a one-time fee payment?
    • Yes. The payment for your Theme is a one-time fee without any additional charges.
  6. Is there any Return Policy on your Themes?
    • No. Serira Designs.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, and therefore we do not issue refunds after the product has been shipped via download email. You are responsible for understanding these Terms and Conditions upon purchasing any Theme at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read our Terms and Conditions section.
  7. Help! I ordered and paid for a Theme but I haven't received the download email!
    • In an effort to combat fraudulent orders, first time customers will experience some delay while we process your order. This delay may take up to an 24 - 48hrs  depending on our current order status. We have introduced this method of order process checking to verify all orders over the internet. Theft of Credit Cards and Login Details can occur, and to minimize dubious order placement, we check all orders before releasing download links. If you are a returning customer and you experience this delay, please contact us through our Help Desk so we may help you promptly.
  8. I was billed twice. What can I do to recover my second payment?
    • Firstly, our apologies. Before you send us an email outlining this problem, can you please check your records to ensure that the charges have different Order ID Numbers. If there has been a genuine double charge, please contact us through our Help Desk. You will need to provide us with genuine copies of your invoices, and paypal authorisation of payment so we can confirm double entry purchase against our records. Thank you.
  9. I didn't get a chance to download my purchased Theme within the 3 day deadline. Is it possible to reactivate my download link?
    • Yes. Please open a Help Desk Ticket and provide as much information as you can regarding your purchase.
  10. I want to modify my new Theme to suit my website. How can I do this simply?
    • All our Themes come with a comprehensive HowTo.html file which will help you modify your purchased Theme quickly and easily. Changing fonts, colors, and inserting images can be done without delay. If you require more advanced modifications, please visit our Support Forum where you can find more detailed Theme modifications by other members. Where our themes indicate a custom header graphic, you will need to contact us to make any changes you require.
  11. Your Images are really cool. Where can I find images like that?
    • Our images are sourced from various places - some royalty free and others are purchased. We recommend that you source images from:

      http://www.stockxpert.com/ - images for small fee
  12. What if I need help editing my purchased Theme. Will Serira Designs help me with these changes?
    • Yes. Serira Designs offers you a variety of resources to help you with your theme. You can use our Resource Center to get the basic knowledge about your theme, as well as external information about HTML, CSS and Designing Your Website. If you require customized editing, we can do this for you for a small fee. You can contact our design team via our Help Desk
  13. I think I'll need help installing my Theme. Can Serira Designs do this for me?
    • Yes, we can. Although Theme Installation Service is not included in the package price, we do offer this service for a small one off fee for each of our products. Please select "install" option on the product you wish to purchase. If you would like us to install our designs to your Cube Cart install, please use our HelpDesk to provide all necessary information like: FTP information and CubeCart login details.
