Serira Designs does not offer refund on any product under any circumstances. Please read our TOCs before you purchase as your acceptance to our TOC's is automatic with each purchase transaction. All products purchased from Serira Designs will be dispatched to the buyer in two ways:
1) Digital Download Access (email format) AND
2) CD format for Windows PC
Once your order has been approved by our Administration Department, we will release digital download access on the same day that we dispatch your CD version. All orders are confirmed before release and generally take about 24 - 48hrs to process.
We use Australia Post International Priority Express and Austraila Post Express Courier International Service for International customers, and Australia Post Registered Mail Service for Australian Residents. Both services take about 2 - 7working days for receipt. You are required to sign for the receipt of your parcel. Please retain all documentation for your records.
If you have received your goods and you believe it was damaged during transit, we ask that you please notify us immediately via our HelpDesk in the first instance. You will need to quote the following information for speedy assistance:
1) Your Full Name
2) Your Delivery Address
3) Your Invoice Number
4) Your Unique ID Tracking Number (this is located on your invoice and packing slip)
5) Your Confirmed Telephone Number
6) Brief description outlining the damage.
In most cases we will dispatch a new CD to you immediately where damage has been confirmed free of charge. To ensure a speedy replacement, damaged goods must be returned to our Returns Department for confirmation:

If you do not receive your CD package within 14days please open a helpdesk ticket and provide proof of purchase information so we can send a replacement to you immediately. You will be required to provide the following information:
1) Your Full Name
2) Your Delivery Address
3) Your Invoice Number
4) Your Confirmed Telephone Number
5) Your Unique ID Tracking Number (this is located on your invoice and packing slip)
These time frames are an estimate only and are based on normal working days. Please expect a short delay if the dispatch date falls on Public Holidays or includes Public Holidays for your region.
All shipped packages are dispatched with trackable unique ID numbers along with signature required proof of receipt.
All fees and charges associated with goods returned to Serira Designs is at the sole responsibility of the Customer. Serira Designs will not be held accountable for any outstanding payments, charges, fees or monies due upon receipt of damaged goods.
